Woodstock School is looking for an Alumni Relations Coordinator. This is a temporary Maternity Cover for a period of six months only. This position will work with the Director of Alumni Affairs or The Director of Development, as applicable. 


Woodstock School is a 165-year-old school with alumni who live all over the world. The WS alumni office connects with worldwide alumni through social media, an alumni website, an alumni magazine, a networking and mentoring platform, campus visits and a series of alumni events hosted by the office in cities around the world.


The successful candidate will participate in and execute activities including coordinating schedules and welcoming alumni visitors and class groups to the school, managing the alumni email box, updating and posting to social media and the website regularly, setting up events online, and working on content development for all mediums. He/she will also work extensively updating alumni contact and engagement details in the database for campus visitors, data from events and details submitted via the website.
